Since opening our first store in 2010, we’ve grown steadily thanks to our dedicated team and loyal customers. Now, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated repair technician to join our Limerick team, 20 hours per week, and help continue that success.
About the Role
You’ll bring hands-on experience repairing smartphones and tablets, along with great customer service skills in a busy retail environment. As part of a small, supportive team, you’ll also have the independence to take initiative and deliver excellent results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience repairing mobile phones and tablets
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and personable
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting devices
- Carrying out quick, accurate repairs on:
- Apple smartphones
- Android smartphones
- iPads & tablets
- Laptops (an advantage)
- Managing customer queries and delivering excellent service
- Supporting accessory and product sales
