The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Skilled Labourer to support our bathroom renovation team. The role involves first fix carpentry, slabbing, general labouring, and assisting our tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first fix carpentry as required.
- Install slabs, wall panels, and associated materials.
- Assist plumbers, tilers, electricians, and carpenters on-site.
- Carry out general labouring duties, including site preparation and material handling.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and work efficiently as part of the installation team.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction or bathroom renovations.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry is essential.
- Confident using a range of power tools safely and competently.
- Experience with first fix carpentry and slabbing is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Full, clean driving licence preferred.
