About the Role
Seedling Nature Schools delivers outdoor early years and school-age childcare through forest school and nature-based learning. Children and educators spend the day outdoors all year.
The Lead Educator is responsible for one afterschool group of 24 children in collaboration with one or two other Educators. They will oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of naturebased activities, link in with the Forest School Leader for Forest School activities and support the team in the daily activities of the afterschool.

- 38 week Term-time role with 4 annual camp weeks
- 25 afterschool hours weekly with a potential of extending to 39 hours with AIM
- 13:00 to 18:00 five days a week with potential morning hours to create a full time role

- Forest school or nature pedagogy experience desirable
Pay
€17.30– €18.50 per hour (depending on training and experience)
