The Kingsley is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Sales Manager to grow Corporate, MICE, Group and Leisure business across our property.
The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts and build strong relationships with corporate clients, conference organisers, agencies tour operators and industry partners.

Responsibilities
-
Develop and deliver sales plans across Corporate, MICE, Group and Leisure markets.

Assist in the Weddings & Events Department if required i.e. send proposals, conduct site inspections/wedding show-arounds, follow up calls, emails, update Opera etc.

Identify, target and convert new business opportunities.

Manage and grow existing accounts and sales pipelines.

Negotiate corporate rates, group proposals and event business.

Conduct client meetings, sales calls, site inspections and familiarisation visits.

Represent The Kingsley at trade shows, networking events and industry functions.

Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Events and Marketing teams.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales performance.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
What we are looking for

Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality business development or a similar commercial role.
- A degree or professional qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline is desirable.

Proven ability to generate new business, manage accounts and achieve revenue targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Commercially focused, proactive, organised and results-driven.

Experience within a four- or five-star hospitality environment is desirable.

A full clean driving licence and access to transport are required.
