We are seeking an experienced and reliable Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join our growing workshop team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities - Perform vehicle servicing and routine maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
- Repair and replace components including brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, and engine systems.
- Carry out vehicle inspections and road tests where required.
- Complete all work in accordance with manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Essential Requirements - Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including electronic diagnostics.
- Full, clean Category B driving licence.
- Good communication skills and professional attitude.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Experience working with multiple vehicle brands.
- Experience using modern diagnostic software and equipment.
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
