McHale Agri Forest & Garden was established in Castlebar, Co Mayo in 2008. We are the Main Authorised Honda ATV sales & service centre in the west of Ireland. In addition to the Honda ATV or Farm quad range we also sell & service a large range of ATV attachments, Honda lawn & garden machinery & Echo handheld two stroke & battery garden machinery. Although we have customers from all over Ireland, predominantly we serve customers throughout the five counties of Connaught. Due to continued expansion we have the following opportunity.
Job description
We are currently looking for a mechanic/fitter who can work on farm quads & garden machinery starting with assembly of new machinery, general servicing but progressing to diagnosing faults and carrying out appropriate repairs in a timely efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will
- have an interest in machinery, maybe have an agricultural background or maybe have a keen interest in the motor trade. Most importantly you will have a mechanical aptitude.
- have good logical problem solving abilities and follow processes.
- be a fast learner.
- have the ability to work as part of a team.
- have good communication skills.
- have a good attention to detail.
- have good computer knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
