Area Manager – McKechnie Cleaning Services Ltd. (Cork Region)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Cleaning Operations: Oversee cleaning contracts within the Cork area, ensuring all clients receive exceptional service and that work is completed to agreed specifications and standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of cleaning operatives to meet performance and service standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Liaise with clients regularly to ensure all cleaning requirements are met and maintain strong relationships with them to foster client satisfaction and retention.
- Payroll & Time Management: Track and monitor employee hours and ensure payroll is accurately managed.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and review potential new business opportunities within the region.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
- Full Clean Drivers License
