Lynx Transport & Logistics require an Accounts & Operations Coordinator to join the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with completing weekly and monthly invoicing activities
- Monitoring and reviewing pricing of jobs on our Transport Operating System
-Update background pricing as required
-Produce KPI reports on a daily and weekly basis.
- Safeguard system integrity, ensuring that all jobs are priced and POD's (Proof of Delivery) are received to assist month end invoicing.
- Liaise with our IT providers to rectify any IT issues when they occur.
-Processing any outstanding insurance claims with our network partners.
-Monitoring emails.
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: €35,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
