In order to apply for this position you must have at least 3 years of barbering experience on the shop floor.
Max's Barber's is an established, busy barbershop in the heart of Castletroy. This role offers an annual salary increase as well as an end of year bonus.
We close on a Monday, which ensures 2 days off on a bank holiday week.
Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, trims, fades, and other barbering services based on client requests.
- Provide beard and mustache grooming and shaves.
- Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs, preferences, and desired styles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, tools, and equipment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber in a barbershop environment, 3 years minimum.
- Working eligibility in Ireland.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
