How you'll make an impact
As a Personal Lines New Business Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking for insurance solutions, helping them understand their options and choose the cover that's right for them. You'll:

Build strong relationships with new customers, taking the time to understand their needs and circumstances.

Provide guidance on a range of personal lines insurance products and services.

Prepare quotations and recommendations tailored to each customer's requirements.

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.

Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions where appropriate.

Work closely with colleagues and insurer partners to achieve the best outcomes for customers.

Contribute to team sales targets and support the continued growth of the business.
About you

APA qualified, or willing to complete the relevant Insurance Institute qualifications with full support from GMIB.

Leaving Certificate (or equivalent qualification), or a relevant third-level qualification.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships.

Are confident communicators, particularly over the phone.

Have a positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.

Enjoy working towards goals and delivering great results.

Are organised and able to manage competing priorities.

Are comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
