We are looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our retail shop on a full-time and part time basis. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping a shop floor organised, and working as part of a busy team.

Key Responsibilities
· Welcome customers and provide helpful, professional service
· Assist customers with product questions, purchases and returns
· Process sales accurately using the till
· Keep shelves, displays and stock areas clean, tidy and well presented
· Replenish stock and support deliveries as needed
· Work with colleagues to meet daily shop standards and customer service goals
· Open and close the following company procedures
· Work in other locations as required
Skills and Experience
· Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers
· Reliable, punctual and able to work full-time hours
· Good attention to detail and ability to keep the shop floor organised
· Comfortable working as part of a team in a busy retail setting
· Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful, but training can be provided
· Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
· Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities.
· Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
This role involves working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
