Responsibilities:
· Working as part of the quality team to ensure full compliance with the company’s procedures, current legislation and regulatory requirements.
· Prepare the site for all audits and ensure timely resolution of all findings.
· Investigate non-conformances, deviations and customer complaints, ensuring effective corrective actions are in place.
· Carrying out internal audits, inspections and product traceability exercises.
· Staff training/ refresher.
· Monitoring staff compliance with the company’s policies.
Requirements:
· Food / Science qualification
· HACCP/ Food Safety Knowledge is preferred
· Knowledge of Word, Excel other computer software packages
· Problem solver, good communication and good organisational skills
