A leading residential construction firm are currently looking for a Site manager to complete a traditional build apartment block for a period of 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity working with a genuinely great company.
Length of project: 6 months
Approx start date: Mid January to early February
Type of project: Traditional build apartment block
Rate of pay: Excellent rate for the right candidate
Main Responsibilities Include:-
Responsibility for the completion of the project in line with programme and budget.

Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the company’s safety consultant.

Reporting design team issues to the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor.

Responsible for coordinating all members of the Construction team and setting a good example to all workers on site.

Keep daily site diary with all relevant information for contracts manager/quantity surveyors recorded in good detail.

Preparation and issuing of snag lists for sub-contractors prior to completion of package.
Requirements Include:-
Ideal candidate will have a Construction related qualification or a strong construction background.

A minimum of 5+ years’ within the Irish / UK market.

Previous Residential experience is a must.
