What You’ll Be Doing
Represent Winning Causes
You’ll be the front-line representative for some of Ireland’s leading non-profits, sharing powerful stories and inspiring people to get involved.
Play on the Front Foot
This is a face-to-face, in-person role engaging with communities in residential areas across Cork. Every conversation is an opportunity — and every day is match day.

Train Like a Pro
No experience needed. You’ll receive full, hands-on training in sales, communication, and confidence-building from experienced industry leaders.

Earnings Structure
This position includes:
- Guaranteed €92 per active day
- €460–€552 per week (depending on days worked)
- Weekly performance incentives with uncapped earning potential
- Typical annual earnings of approximately €40,000 (combining guaranteed daily fee and performance bonuses)
