We are seeking applicants for a Field Service Technician to join our busy Technical Support team. This is a full time, field based, permanent role.
Role overview:
The ideal candidate for this Field Service Technician role will have a strong technical mindset with a focus on system performance, diagnostics, and attention to detail.
You will be:
- A problem solver with a structured, methodical approach.
- Highly organised and capable of managing own schedule.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- A strong communicator, able to liaise with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a complete level of service to our customers on site which could include - commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating all products and services within our offering.
- Conduct post-installation commissioning inspections and sign-offs.
- Carry out routine maintenance on heat pump installations.
- Work in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulation.
- Provide phone and onsite troubleshooting as required.
