Sales & Customer Support Executive – Healthcare Sales
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our expanding Healthcare Sales team.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised, and an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building, persuasion, and negotiation skills. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers through inbound and outbound telephone communication.
- Understand customers' individual needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by increasing order values through upselling and cross-selling.
- Complete a structured weekly outbound call programme.
- Retain and develop existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Process customer orders received via phone, email, and web.
- Prepare quotations and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of industry developments, market trends, and customer needs.
- Share relevant market and customer feedback with the wider business to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- A confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative and IT skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative, while also contributing positively as part of a team.
