Role Description:
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Data Centre Solutions Architect to join our high-performance team. A Solutions Architect (SA) bridges business problems and technology solutions by designing secure, scalable, and resilient IT systems. Key responsibilities include designing architectures, evaluating tools, leading teams, and mitigating technical risk
The Role:
Review design documents, produce control architectures
Document, present, and justify design to customers
Improve specification process by building standards for customers, custom tools, and templates
Run lunch and learn sessions
Support training
Provide pre and post-sales support
Programming/HMI development
Support customers with:
Implementing and managing libraries
Virtual testing with Echo, Emulate3D, and Studio 5000 Simulation Interface
Automated testing using SDKs and APIs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical , Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field i.e. Operations management.
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably Data Centre environment.
Previous experience with Rockwell PLC's , HMI’s and Studio 5000 is a must.
Strong communication skills
Project management/organization skills
Knowledge of controls in data centers - BMS, EPMS, etc
Curiosity - we want to uncover our customers problems and find ways to support them
Full clean drivers licence as travel will be required.
