BAKEOLOGY IN is looking for a Full time restaurant supervisor.
SPANISH & ENGLISH is essential as well as at least 2 years of experience in this role.

- Lead and support the team to maintain operational standards and exceed customer expectations across both kitchen and front-of-house operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Take pride in quality, paying attention to every detail in our food, drinks, service, and presentation.
- Strong barista skills and a passion for coffee.
- Must be available to work Wednesday to Sunday.
- Ability to work flexibly under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous restaurant or café supervisor experience essential.
- Experience working in a high-volume customer environment.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and cleaning standards.
- Strong understanding of day-to-day business operations and team performance.
The Role:
- Maintain the café clean, organised, and operating efficiently at all times.
- Take care of customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Work effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every shift runs smoothly.
- Receive feedback from management, implement improvements, and support the team in achieving company standards.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions during service.
- Organise and conduct team meetings and one-to-one staff check-ins.
- Monitor and manage food stock levels, ensuring stock is kept accurate and up to date.
- Ensure all dishes and drinks are presented correctly and leave the kitchen in excellent condition before reaching the customer.
