Must be flexible to work day time hours with 1-2 evenings per week (Fri/Sat) & weekends including Sundays. This role will involve working in both our restaurant & in our deli.
The ideal person should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role & must be OVER 18 due to service of alcohol
- Full flexibility is required, as candidate must be available on weekdays, and weekends including Fri/Sat evening, Sundays & bank holidays.
- Barista experience required
- Bar experience desirable
- Greet guests at the door and seat them
- Take food & beverage orders, prepare drinks and deliver to restaurant standard to guests
- Serve guests to the restaurant's standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment
- Inform the kitchen and waiting staff of any allergies, food requirements, complaints or changes to orders
- Maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments at the bar
- Maintain a clean & welcoming environment for customers & staff
- Ensure guests stay safe and orderly within the restaurant
- Clean tables and other surfaces
- Set tables and ensure they're ready for the next guests
- Work as a team to create a clean, friendly working environment
