We are looking for a Full-Time, fixed- term months contract with potential of extension or making it permanent.
Receptionist to join our growing clinic support team, located in Carrickmines, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and create a positive first impression for visitors to the medical facility / clinic. Greet and assist visitors and patients, answer phone calls, handle inquiries and maintain a tidy reception area.
This position will be fully office-based, with working hours of Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm (with availability to work Saturdays).

Job Duties:
- Meet and greet all patients and visitors to the clinic.
- Assist patients with the completion of consent forms.
- Preparation of the clinical rooms and equipment to ensure they are ready for nurses and patients.
- Use the AllView Healthcare computer system to update patient records.
- Answer incoming calls and direct patients to the relevant department.
- Provide cover at our other medical clinics within the region.
- Assist with event organisation.
- Liaise with management to prepare any documentation as required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years' administrative experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Friendly, approachable, pleasant manner with excellent phone etiquette.
- A systematic and organised approach to work.
- Ability to work as part of a team and work on own initiative.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competent skills in phone systems, computer skills and IT systems particularly Microsoft Office.
