Hanna's Restaurant is looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Section Management — taking ownership of your station and ensuring consistent quality
- Food Preparation — preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to spec, and supporting service
- Quality Control — maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and portioning
- Hygiene & Compliance — following HACCP and ensuring a clean, safe work area
- Team Collaboration — supporting colleagues and contributing to a smooth service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for fresh, high‑quality food
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
