About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys building strong customer relationships, resolving queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers and support our Field Sales teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, customer queries are resolved promptly, and customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely support.

Process customer orders, returns, and uplifts accurately and efficiently.

Manage and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Generate and distribute customer reports as required.

Liaise effectively with internal departments and Field Sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Attend customer operations meetings and internal team meetings when required.

Proactively identify and escalate issues to support continuous service improvement.

Ensure all customer requests are followed through to successful resolution.
What We're Looking For

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or administration role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong telephone and email customer service skills.
