Role Overview
We need an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative tasks, manage facility operations, and support our growing team. You will be the main point of contact for office logistics and ensuring our workplace remains productive and well-supplied.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly payroll for 50+ staff
- Generate sales invoices, assist with monthly accounts, supplier payments, revenue returns etc.
- Manage Health and Safety, staff training etc. ensuring compliance with legislation
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Manage Customer database including certification of timber frame houses and roof trusses
- Serve as the main contact for building facilities, vendors, and IT support services
- Handle general correspondence, record keeping, and digital filing systems
- Facilitate annual audits
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and welcome new team members
- Support internal communications and organize company team events
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or a similar administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of office software
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude
