About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused tuck shop attendant to join our team at Truffle Honey Catering at Killarney Golf & Fishing Club
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in providing a warm welcome and delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests and members.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the snack shop area.
- Assist with setup and closing duties of the snack shop area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential (training provided).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations is an advantage.
