We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Mr. Fox Restaurant.This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure smooth and efficient service across all areas
- Support the training, development, and supervision of staff
- Monitor sales performance, stock control, and operational costs
- Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Work closely with management to achieve business goals and maintain operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
