The role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, and working alongside the Company Secretarial Administrator, to provide all clients, and the Company, with a full Company Secretarial Service to include:
- All client, and Company, Companies Registration Office (“CRO”) filings and associated work (including year end and AGM related work) to ensure full compliance with Companies Act 2014 requirements
- All client, and Company, Beneficial Ownership (“RBO”) filings, including maintaining and updating all required internal Beneficial Ownership Registers and ensuring the Central Register is kept fully up to date
- Maintenance of all client and Company statutory registers and files (both in hard copy and electronically)
- Company Secretarial database maintenance and client engagement
- Supporting MD and Client Meetings Secretary with client board meetings
- Supporting MD with client and ad-hoc transactions requiring CRO and/or RBO filings
- To support Team in providing technical updates for the Company’s website
- To assist the Company Secretarial Administrator in maintaining and enhancing the Company’s resource library
- ·Assisting/supporting the Team as required
The role will be for an initial fixed term of 9 months, with potential for a permanent position on expiry of the initial contract.
The Person:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year’s CRO and RBO experience with a good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2014 and Beneficial Ownership Regulations
- Must have a relevant third level honours degree (i.e. legal, corporate governance or business) and be either part Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (“CGI UK & Irl”) qualified or interested in commencing the CGI UK & Irl qualification
- Fully IT literate with good working experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook essential
- The candidate must be confident and comfortable speaking to individuals at all levels of business (including client directors) with good interpersonal skills
- Good communication and written skills (including strong report writing skills) are essential
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills are important
- Utmost confidentiality and discretion are paramount
- Self-motivated and have the ability to identify areas where efficiencies can be made whilst at all times working as a Team

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
