We are an Irish-owned community-based, growing pharmacy group with 14 branches spread across Dublin, Meath, Laois and Wicklow. Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include some of the following:

High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch

Sales responsibility primarily, but not exclusively, of luxury cosmetics brands
-
A strong knowledge of cosmetic products and skincare ranges

Cash management duties
-
Adhering to company standards and procedures
-
Merchandising and Marketing
-
Purchasing and Stock Control as per company policy

Dealing with brand representatives
-
Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed

Mentoring of less experienced staff
Skills and Experience
- 2 years+ cosmetics experience required
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Experience in sales of luxury cosmetic brands essential

Excellent sales skills and customer service required

Delivering target sales

A helpful and courteous manner

Qualification in Beauty and Make-Up or similar experience advantageous
