Operating from our base in Dripsey, Co. Cork, we provide certified services across the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are expanding our operations and looking for a reliable, hard-working HGV Driver to join our close-knit, positive team.
The Role
As a core team member, you will be responsible for the safe transit and operation of our specialized fleet across Munster.
- Fleet Operations: Safely operate Category C rigid vehicles to transport liquid waste and drainage equipment to various client sites.
- On-Site Safety: Work effectively alongside our drainage technicians, ensuring all operations meet strict environmental and health and safety standards.
- Logistics & Routine: Manage a consistent daytime schedule starting at 7:00 am, navigating both urban and rural Munster road networks confidently.
- Teamwork: Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude when representing the company in front of domestic and commercial clients.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Licence: Valid Irish Category C (Rigid) Driving Licence.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional truck driving experience (experience with tankers or heavy utility vehicles is a distinct advantage).
- Certifications: Must hold an up-to-date Safe Pass and a valid Manual Handling Certificate.
- Compliance: Valid Digital Tachograph Card and up-to-date CPC modules.
- Location: Based within a reliable commuting distance of our depot in Dripsey.
