We act for an expanding Healthcare provider delivering Homecare services to people of all ages in need of assistance with activities of daily living.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounts, payroll and general administrative tasks supporting management in a busy environment.
This is a full-time position.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- General office admin duties
- Process Fortnightly payroll
- Process starters, leavers and rates changes
- Resolving payroll queries
- Process Client Invoices, statements and receipts
- Calculation of PAYE, PRSI and other statutory payments
- Process VAT returns
- HR administration duties
- Drafting contracts of employment
- Maintenance of records
- Scheduling training and updating matrix
- Ad hoc tasks as and when they arise
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of payroll processing and payroll software
- IPASS or a payroll qualification
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
