Rialto Bridge Cafe is a popular neighbourhood cafe located at the rear entrance to St James's Hospital, selling daytime breakfast/ brunch food and sandwiches with an evening Mexican menu
We are looking for a full time Chef to work 5 days a week - a mix of week daytimes and weekend evenings. You will be cooking to order the full range of our daytime and evening Mexic an dishes. It is essential that you have experience of cooking in a busy kitchen – ideally a café – and producing quality but simply cooked food to order and under time pressure. You will also need to be an extremely reliable, punctual and committed worker. 2 years of Mexican food experience is required.
You will need to live fairly near to Rialto as weekdays it's a 7am start - we are open 8am-4pm every day, and Wed-Sat until 10pm.
