We are a highly successful, long-established housing construction company with a local residential developments. We are currently recruiting experienced, motivated Groundworkers to join our busy site development and pipe laying crews on active housing schemes in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. The Role
Working as part of a highly productive site development crew, you will lay the vital civil infrastructure and groundwork for modern housing developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipe Laying & Drainage: Assist with the precise installation, benching, and connection of stormwater, foul, and main water utility pipe networks.
- Site Development: Carry out deep drainage work, trenching, service ducting, boundary works, and preparation for foundations and roadways.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate site dumpers (forward-tipping and articulated) to move materials efficiently around site boundaries (where ticketed).
- Site Safety: Maintain an organized, clean workspace while adhering strictly to HSA guidelines, site safety protocols, and structural designs.
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience: Proven track record working as a groundworker within a residential site development or pipe-laying environment in Ireland.
- Safety & Compliance: Active, valid Safe Pass card and a current Manual Handling certificate.
- Attributes: Reliable timekeeping, physical fitness for heavy manual work, and a hard-working team player attitude.

- Site Dumper Ticket (Forward Tipping)
- CSCS Articulated Dumper Ticket
