We are currently hiring a full time Purchasing Manager.
Role Requirements:
- The Procurement Lead will lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes for relevant company purchasing needs.
- Develop and maintain procurement plans aligned with business goals.
- Streamline supplier base and services to reduce duplication, optimise performance, and simplify management.
- Identify and implement procurement efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and value-for-money initiatives.
- Conduct supplier spend analysis and market bench marking to inform commercial decisions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports in line with audit and compliance standards
Requirements
- Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong IT capability, with a particular focus on data processing, management and analytics
- Negotiation skills, a strong cost-reduction mindset and a track record of successful outcomes
- Adapt quickly and positively to new processes and ways of working
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing priorities and deadlines independent
