The 5-Star Savoy Hotel is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Bartender to join our outstanding team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, committed to delivering exceptional guest service, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards in a luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times.
- Restock beverages, glassware and bar supplies throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with Irish licensing laws and responsible alcohol service.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Work closely with the bar and floor team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a busy pub, bar, hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beers, wines, spirits and classic cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent English and legal entitlement to work in Ireland.
