New Store/Cafe Opening in a historic area of Limerick City
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fresh Food Manager to lead our fresh food department and ensure excellent product quality, customer service, food safety, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the fresh food department.- Lead, motivate, and develop the fresh food team.- Ensure high standards of freshness, quality, hygiene, and presentation.- Monitor stock levels, ordering, deliveries, waste, and product rotation.- Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.- Control department costs, margins, and food waste.- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve targets.- Ensure attractive and well-maintained displays across fresh food sections.- Manage promotions, pricing, and seasonal product activities.- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.- Train employees on food handling, safety, customer service, and company procedures.- Work closely with the Store Manager and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Pay: €28,300.00-€30,000.00 per year
