- Employed by Masterlink Logistics and working alongside Operation personnel, the successful candidate will work very closely with their Key Account BWG Foods to deliver best in class commercial efficiencies for the operation
- Experience in Working in a busy office, fast paced environment an advantage, not but essential
- Customer Service - working closely with Customer Service personnel on any daily issues that may arise.
- Driver De-Brief - Ensure all drivers are correctly debriefed following their daily runs and any issues are reported correctly to the relevant personnel.
- Timely uploading of all Delivery Documentation onto VITA Management Software
- Strong Organisational Skills to ensure all paperwork relating to Driver Training & Health & Safety is maintained and available for presentation.
- Working with Management to ensure all supplier invoices are processed and passed for invoicing
- Working with Management on Rosters & Holiday Planning
- Ability to take the lead and make decision when the need arises
- Confident in use of email and MS Office Suite ( Excel & Word)
Pay: €40,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
