Role: Operations & Property Coordinator
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Join One of Dublin's Leading Property Companies
Founded in 2008, Owen Reilly is an award-winning independent property company specialising in the sale, letting, management and acquisition of prime residential property across Dublin.
We are seeking an ambitious, organised and detail-oriented Operations & Property Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment and wants to build a long-term career in the property industry.
Unlike many administration roles, this position offers exposure to every aspect of the residential property market, including sales, lettings, property management and finance. You will work closely with experienced professionals across the business and gain a level of industry knowledge that is difficult to find elsewhere.
About the Role
You will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, helping to ensure a first-class experience for our clients, tenants, landlords, owners and colleagues.
No two days are the same. One day you may be onboarding a new property, assisting with a sales launch or supporting a property manager. The next, you could be helping the finance team, coordinating inspections or managing client communications.
