· Deliver reactive and planned service support across Dublin and the surrounding region.
· Carry out fault finding, maintenance, and repairs on Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarm Systems.
· Complete planned preventative maintenance activities as scheduled.
· Support minor works, system upgrades, and enhancements.
· Perform testing, verification, and commissioning where required.
· Accurately complete service reports, documentation, and job records.
· Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
· Escalate complex or critical issues to Service Management as required
· Adhere to Convergint service standards, health & safety requirements, and quality processes
· Participate in a 24/7 on-call duty roster for emergency situations only, on a scheduled and rotational basis
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the electronic security industry, supporting enterprise-grade systems with strong technical knowledge of:
- IP CCTV and VMS platforms (Genetec/Milestone/Avigilon/Axis)
- Electronic security systems (HKC/Galaxy/Vanderbilt)
- Enterprise level access control systems (Lenel/CCure/Honeywell/Genetec)
- System integration and fault diagnosis
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Experience working in mission-critical or high-security environments
- Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Customer-focused mindset with high standards of professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full clean Irish driving licence
Pay: €55,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
