Are you an experienced production professional who enjoys leading teams, solving problems and keeping a busy operation running smoothly?
Atlantis of Kilmore Quay is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our wet fish production facility.
This is a practical, floor-based role where you will lead and support the production team, plan daily activity and ensure customer orders are prepared accurately, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and freshness. You will work closely with our sales and operational teams to keep production moving and ensure we consistently deliver for our customers.
Your Role Will Include
- Leading, motivating and managing the production team on a daily basis
- Planning production schedules to meet customer requirements in an efficient and cost-effective way
- Organising staff rosters, break schedules and daily responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment, training and development of production staff
- Managing the preparation, picking and dispatch of customer orders
- Ensuring all orders are completed accurately and to the customer’s specification
- Monitoring productivity and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
- Identifying operational challenges and implementing practical solutions
- Maintaining high standards of product quality, hygiene and freshness
- Monitoring and controlling waste across the production process
- Overseeing the effective use of our digital production management system
- Ensuring production jobs and records are completed accurately each day
- Communicating with management and working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the factory floor
Pay: €38,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
