Are you an experienced Civils Foreman looking to join a contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure and civil engineering projects?
We're seeking a hands-on leader who can oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
Projects will be based across the Meath, Cavan, Monaghan, Kildare area
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil works on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour resources.
- Ensure works are completed in line with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.
- Maintain health & safety compliance across all activities.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to maximise productivity.
- Report progress to the site management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Civils Foreman within the civil engineering or utility sectors.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering and groundworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts while maintaining safety and quality.
- Relevant construction qualifications and tickets are advantageous.
