The HR Business Support Executive enables and supports the effective delivery of HR services across Dublin Airport. This position provides high-quality operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Dublin Airport HR team and wider business, ensuring the efficient coordination of employee lifecycle activities, robust reporting, and the timely execution of key HR initiatives.
The role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capability, discretion, and the ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Coordinate end‑to‑end employee processes (hire to exit) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
HR Data, Reporting & Insights
Produce and analyse HR metrics and reports, identifying trends and supporting decision‑making.
Business Planning & HR Delivery Support
Assist workforce planning, track HR initiatives, and prepare materials for leadership priorities.
Stakeholder Support & Employee Experience
Act as a trusted contact for managers and employees, providing guidance and supporting engagement initiatives.
Governance, Compliance & Data Integrity
Maintain compliant HR processes and accurate records in line with GDPR and organisational policies .
Action Management & Continuous Improvement
Track deliverables, monitor progress, and drive improvements in HR processes and systems.
HR Administration & Case Support
Coordinate meetings, support employee relations cases, and ensure actions are followed through.
HR Qualification desirable.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong analytical abilities with experience in KPI reporting and interpretation.
