We are a family run gastro pub. We are looking to a recruit a commis chef/cook to work in our kitchen. Experience is essential. We rquire someone who is a team player and has a natural flair with food prepartion and presentation. The applicant would be in charge of the kitchen, menu organising and food stock. We will have more hours available when the tourist season starts again should the sucessful candidate wish to earn more money.
We would require references from the applicant and a brief history of their work experience to date.
A good knowledge of spoken english language would be required.
