We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager to join our team in St James Hospital.
This is a full-time role, rostered 5 days over 7, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage stock control, deliveries, and financial reports to meet sales and labour targets.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
- Maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, driving business growth and promotions.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Train and support staff to maintain high service standards.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and senior management to enhance operations.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years’ management experience in hospitality or catering.
- Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills.
- Experience in bar operations, stock control, and event management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
