We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Service Engineer to join our team in Galway city. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and auto-electrical skills, with the ability to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out mechanical and auto-electrical repairs.
Install, wire and test electrical components.
Read and work from wiring diagrams.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
Program and test vehicle components where required.
Work independently and use initiative to solve technical problems.
Complete additional training when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in vehicle mechanics and auto-electrical systems.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical repairs.
Relevant industry experience is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full clean driving licence essential.
HGV licence is an advantage.
Pay: €36,715.64-€65,806.63 per year
