We are currently seeking a Part Time cleaner for a corporate office.
Working schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 18:00 – 21:00
- Location: Dublin 2
Duties include:
Cleaning and Sanitising:
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces.
- Vacuuming or sweeping and mopping floors.
- Emptying trash bins and replacing trash bags.
- Cleaning and disinfecting frequently-touched surfaces.
Restroom Maintenance:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
Refilling soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towel holders.
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
Notifying staff when supplies are low.
Kitchen and Breakroom Maintenance:
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area.
Emptying and cleaning the refrigerator.
Restocking kitchen supplies.
Reporting Maintenance Issues:
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or repair issues.
Safety Compliance:
- Following safety protocols and guidelines.
Using proper cleaning products and equipment.
Record Keeping:
- Maintaining records of cleaning and stocking activities.
Being responsive to requests and feedback.
You will be expected to:
- Ensure that all tasks are carried out in a professional manner, following all “safe systems of work” & risk assessment directions
- Wear the correct and appropriate PPE specified at all times
- Comply with all statutory Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
- Comply with all health & safety regulations for cleaning materials, equipment, and buildings
- Provide high personal standards of work/performance, personal hygiene, and appearance
- Use PPE provided
- Report all faults in relation to cleaning machinery/equipment to the supervisor/management team
- Report all building defects to the supervisor/management team
- Carry out any reasonable request, as specified by the supervisor/management team to attend all company meetings and training as requested
Skills/ Experience:
- Applicants should be well presented, trustworthy, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Must have the ability to manage time effectively, show initiative, and the ability to work without supervision
- Good communication skills
- Commercial Cleaning experience is an advantage
- The candidate must be fluent in English speaking
