We are a construction and maintenance company delivering maintenance services across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised Operations Assistant to join our team at our office in Carndonagh, Co. Donegal.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the construction and maintenance industry while gaining hands-on experience working alongside our Operations and Project Management team.
Full training will be provided, and no previous construction experience is required.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced office-based role supporting the day-to-day coordination of maintenance and construction works across multiple sites.
You will work closely with our office team, site operatives, suppliers, and management team to help keep projects organised, progressing smoothly, and completed to a high standard.
The role would suit someone who is organised, practical, eager to learn, and able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of maintenance works
Communicating with site teams and suppliers by phone and email
Updating job progress and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with ordering materials and organising deliveries
Preparing job reports, updates, and general administration
Supporting the management team with day-to-day operations
Helping ensure works are completed on time and to the required standard
Assisting with client updates and general office coordination
Monitoring incoming jobs and helping prioritise workloads
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

- Able to work in a busy and fast-moving environment
- Good at problem solving and thinking practically
- Confident using computers, emails, and basic office software
- Reliable and professional in their approach to work
Previous experience within an office, administration, construction, maintenance, scheduling, or customer service environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
