Requirements for Hairdresser & Colourist
- Strong hairdressing and hair cutting skills, with experience across a range of hair types and styles
- Professional experience in colouring, including highlights, balayage, blondes and colour transformations
- Alternative and creative colour experience is a strong plus, particularly vivid, unconventional and fashion colours
- Strong knowledge of colour techniques, colour theory and product application
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail, creativity and a passion for creating personalised looks
- Ability to confidently consult with clients and understand their individual needs and desired results
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrable professional experience
- Conversational English is essential
- A passion for inclusivity and creating a welcoming, queer and trans-inclusive experience for every client
