Maintenance Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our busy feed mill in Co. Monaghan. This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems, and driving improvements on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the maintenance team
- Maintain plant and machinery to minimise downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
- Drive continuous improvement and plant reliability
- Coordinate contractors and service providers
- Manage parts, spares, and maintenance purchasing
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a maintenance leadership role within manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on approach
- Practical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Formal qualifications not necessarily essential — we value experience and attitude
