This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Sous Chef looking for a kitchen role in this busy Dublin Golf Club. Not your typical F&B working hours as the facility is busier in the summer than in the winter. No late night working. This may be appealing to someone who is looking to move away from the late nights of your typical restaurant.
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team.
- Minimum Of 3 years experience in Ireland
- Friendly outgoing nature & good leader
- Strong positive work ethic
- Creative & passionate about food
- Excellent knowledge of HAACP & Food Safety
- Good planner, organiser and communicator
- Ability to exceed customers expectations
- Be a real team player
- Excellent presentation & attention to detail
- Kitchen cost management essential (bonuses offered)
Your main responsibilities will be assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of the smooth and efficient day-to-day management of this department. You will be involved in creating new menus, inspiring new recipes and designing weekly specials.
