About Us:
Suesey Street is a busy neighbourhood restaurant and bar known for great food, drinks and friendly service in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We also host large parties, exclusive hire events and weddings.
We’re looking for an experienced Bar Person to join our team.
Previous bar experience is essential. You should be confident working in a busy bar, comfortable making and serving drinks and cocktails, and able to provide friendly, efficient service.
If you’re reliable, enjoy working as part of a team and have solid hospitality experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Keep the bar clean, organised and well stocked.
- Assist with stock control and restocking.
- Help with the set-up and service of large parties, private events and weddings.
- Work with the wider team to keep service running smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous bar experience is essential.
- Confident preparing and serving a range of drinks.
- Friendly, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
