Gus O'Connor's Pub is seeking to hire both full time and part time, seasonal and permanent bar and waiting staff. The hours involved may be a combination of day and evening shifts and may include mid-week and weekend work.
Rate of pay is competitive and dependent on experience - salary up to €35,000 available for experienced full time permanent bar staff.
Principle Responsibilities:
- To greet and serve the customers
- Display excellent hospitality through positive interaction with both customers and co-workers.
- Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food & beverage outlet.
- Excellent customer service.
- Work as part of a team.
- Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Do all necessary opening and closing duties.
- Be knowledgeable of both food and beverage menu items
- Ability to operate the point of sale equipment.
- Operation of till and card terminals training will be given.

Pay: €13.50-€19.75 per hour
